I have worked with Jose for the whole of this year (2020). He has renovated an apartment and a townhouse for me. He is very responsive and extremely professional. He will do what he says and will do the right thing. He focuses on quality and great finishes. He will give you great tips and guidance on what needs to be done and at the same time will let you decide what you want. He uses great tradesmen and builds a team to deliver what you are after. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend him for a renovation.

End of Feb 2020, we put Clean Lines Construction in charge of renovating a very run down grand-apartment that had only changed hands one time in 42 years. It was big (155 sqm) with good bones but needed a lot of work. Jose and his team moved in quickly and efficiently, and did an absolutely amazing job turning an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. No stone was left unturned, and we saw great end to-end-finishes delivered with precision. Jose and his team were very professional, very easy to communicate with, trustworthy and tenacious, and did not stop until the job was done - and they delivered a brilliant result under very difficult circumstances. I would use Clean Lines Construction again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great builder.
